Itinerary:

Day 01 : Varanasi Local Sightseeing

Arrival at the hotel in Varanasi. After lunch, proceed for local sightseeing including Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Ganga Bath, Ganga Aarti, 84 Ghats, and Kalbhairav Temple. Return to the hotel at night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Varanasi (A.C. Room)

Day 02 : Varanasi – Prayagraj – Ayodhya

After breakfast, depart from Varanasi to Prayagraj. Take a holy bath at Triveni Sangam (by boat at own cost) and proceed to Ayodhya. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Ayodhya (A.C. Room)

Day 03 : Ayodhya – Chhapaiya – Sonauli

After breakfast, visit local temples in Ayodhya including Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, Sita Rasoi, and Sarayu River (by auto rickshaw). After lunch, proceed to Chhapaiya for darshan at the birthplace of Lord Swaminarayan, then continue to Sonauli. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Sonauli (A.C. Room)

Day 04 : Sonauli – Kathmandu

After breakfast, depart from Sonauli to Kathmandu (capital of Nepal). Arrive and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Kathmandu. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Kathmandu (A.C. Room)

Day 05 : Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit Pashupatinath Temple, Budhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu), Swayambhunath Temple, and Guheshwari Mata Temple by mini bus. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Kathmandu (A.C. Room)

Day 06 : Kathmandu Sightseeing (Bhaktapur & Patan)

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing at Bhaktapur and Patan to explore intricately carved wooden temples and visit the Sanga Shiva statue. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Kathmandu (A.C. Room)

Day 07 : Kathmandu – Pokhara

After breakfast, depart from Kathmandu to Pokhara. En route visit Manakamana Devi Temple by ropeway (at own cost). Arrive and check in at the hotel for rest. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Pokhara (A.C. Room)

Day 08 : Pokhara – Muktinath (via Jomsom)

Early morning check-out and proceed from Pokhara to Muktinath (via Jomsom and Pusshram, approx. 180 km / 15–16 hrs). Visit Lord Vishnu Temple, Swaminarayan Tapovan site, and the Divine Flame. Return to Jomsom for overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner Stay: Jomsom

Day 09 : Jomsom – Pokhara

Depart early morning from Jomsom, visiting Galeshwar Mahadev Temple and Tatopani (hot water spring) en route. Arrive in Pokhara by evening/night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Pokhara (A.C. Room)

Day 10 : Pokhara Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit scenic places in Pokhara including Fewa Lake, Davis Falls, and Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave. Local sightseeing by mini bus. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Pokhara (A.C. Room)

Day 11 : Pokhara – Sonauli

After breakfast, depart from Pokhara to Sonauli. Check in at the hotel and rest. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Sonauli (A.C. Room)

Day 12 : Sonauli – Varanasi

After breakfast, depart from Sonauli to Varanasi. Check in at the hotel and relax. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Varanasi (A.C. Room)

Day 13 : Departure

General Information and Rules:

No pick-up or drop-off will be provided from Varanasi Railway Station or Airport.
A/C rooms will be provided at all locations in star-category hotels.
During the tour, morning tea-breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided. (Gujarati, Kathiyawadi, Punjabi meals)
All sightseeing entry tickets will be at your own expense.
The above itinerary is subject to change.
For Nepal tours, carrying an original Aadhaar Card or Voter ID is mandatory.
Indian currency is accepted everywhere in Nepal.
Each traveler is responsible for the safety of their belongings.
The entire journey will be by 2x2 A/C bus or 2x1 A/C tempo traveler.
Bus seating will be on a rotation basis.
Air or railway tickets are not included in the tour package.
Any traveler creating disturbance, engaging in misbehavior, or causing obstruction during the tour may be asked to leave. All travelers must maintain discipline and patience during the journey.
If any road is closed for any reason, an alternate route will be taken.
As the Nepal tour involves long travel distances, meals may be delayed; patience is requested. Roads in Nepal and Uttar Pradesh may be rough, so additional travel time should be expected.
Hotel check-in and check-out must be done as per hotel timing.
Airport pick-up and drop facilities will not be provided.

Tour Days Policy:

Travelers must read and understand all rules and conditions before confirming the booking. Once booked, all travelers are bound by these terms.
In Air Packages, airport pick-up and drop facilities will be provided by the company.
Travel from Ahmedabad to Varanasi / Lucknow / Ayodhya will be by air (timings subject to change). Return journey will be by railway from Varanasi / Lucknow / Ayodhya.
If flights are delayed or canceled during the tour, any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the traveler.
If the total number of travelers is less than 25, only morning tea-breakfast and dinner will be provided as per the hotel’s menu.
Special Note: Local sightseeing at Varanasi – Kathmandu – Pokhara – Ayodhya will require an additional ₹2000 per person, and Nepal border entry fees of approximately ₹1000 per person must be paid to the tour manager.

Meal options include Gujarati, Punjabi, Kathiyawadi, Swaminarayan, and South Indian cuisines.

Cancellation Policy

Advance amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation between 30 to 15 days of departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
