Approximate time required for this package is 6 to 7 hours.
Visitors must reach Shrestha Bharat Bhavan, Statue of Unity, Kevadiya / Ekta Nagar to avail this package. All necessary facilities like paid parking, change room, locker, cafeteria, rest room, etc. are available here.
All visitors must carry their original Aadhar Card. Foreigners and NRIs must present their Passport, OCI, and Visa.
Sightseeing will be done using SOU buses from Shrestha Bharat Bhavan Bus Pick-up Points. Bus charges are included in the package.
Any missed components due to any reason will not be refunded or rescheduled.
SOU Authority's decision will be final in case of any changes, cancellations, or restrictions in attractions, shows, bus services, etc.
If the package is unavailable, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours of booking.
Hotel stay and food are NOT included in this package.

Indian Nationals: 2500/- per adult ; 2000/- per child.
This package is NOT valid for foreigners.
Children aged 3 to 10 years are considered as children; above 10 years are considered adults.
Children below 3 years get free access.

Shared/Group vehicle as per passenger count.
Pickup and Drop-off: Shared/Group transportation for pickup and drop-off.
During Tour:air-conditioned vehicles will be used throughout the hill regions, as per the tour itinerary.

Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Advance Payment: A 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
25% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Full refund if cancelled 7 days before the visit date (5% deduction for Payment Gateway & Administrative Charges).
No refund if cancelled 5 days or less before scheduled arrival.
Cancellation request date and visit date are excluded in day calculation.
