Accommodation:

• Accommodation in Haridwar 3-star and Chardham 2-star hotels on Twin, Triple, or Four sharing basis with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking.
• Only Haridwar rooms are A/C; Chardham accommodations will be in Non-A/C rooms.

Kedarnath Stay:

• Dormitory rooms for 4 to 10 persons will be provided.
• Hot water is available at an extra cost, to be borne by the travelers.
• Personal essentials are the responsibility of the customer.
• Dinner and breakfast will be served as a fixed menu from the restaurant.
• Lunch arrangements will not be provided by our manager.
• In case of snowfall, landslides, rain, or similar conditions preventing a stay at Kedarnath, travelers must arrange their own accommodation at their own expense.

Transportation:

• Pickup and drop will be arranged as per the final confirmation.

• Group or Private transportation will be provided as per the tour itinerary (Group - Seat-In-Coach basis).

• A/C and Non-A/C vehicles will be arranged based on the tour itinerary and your booking.
• AC will be on except hill stations.
• No nighttime travel will be conducted during the tour.

• At Yamunotri and Kedarnath (trekking locations), only breakfast and dinner will be provided.

• Advance amount of ₹5000 per person is required at the time of booking.
• 30% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
• The remaining balance must be paid within 15 days of departure.

• Advance amount is non-refundable.
• Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation between 30 to 15 days of departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

• Hotel change may be possible in unavoidable circumstances.
• Booking of helicopter tickets for Kedarnath must be done online by the passengers themselves.
• Organizations such as Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, GMVN Ltd provide helicopter facilities for Kedarnath.
• Passengers booking helicopter tickets must carry a doctor's fitness certificate.
• Helicopter flying depends on weather conditions, and timings may change frequently. Passengers are advised to plan accordingly.
• In case of helicopter flight cancellation or delays, passengers must arrange alternate travel options at their own expense.
• Horses are an excellent option for travel between Gaurikund and Kedarnath, taking approximately 7 hours.
