Accommodation:

• Air-conditioned rooms with deluxe accommodations.
• Check-in & Check-out as per hotel policies.
• Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with beds or mattresses, subject to availability and advance booking).
• In hill station locations, non-air-conditioned rooms will be provided.

Transportation:

• Shared/Group vehicle as per passenger count.
• Pickup and Drop-off: Shared/Group transportation for pickup and drop-off.
• During Tour: Non-air-conditioned vehicles will be used throughout the hill regions, as per the tour itinerary.

Meals:

• Cuisines: gujarati, punjabi, south indian, kathiyawadi, and local options.
• meals: breakfast, lunch & dinner provided as per your booking option.
• all prepared by our maharaj.
• if the group booking has fewer than 25 passengers, only breakfast and dinner will be provided at the hotel.
• Water: a 500 ml water bottle will be provided with meals.
• on-site lunch provisions will be made in accordance with the team's determined setup and the directives of the tour manager.

• Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Advance Payment: A 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
• 25% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
• The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

• 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
• 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
• 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
• 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
• Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
