Day1: Delhi to Haridwar(220 km, 7 to 8 hours)

Departure from Delhi Cantt Railway Station at 6:30 AM. Arrival in Haridwar by bus and check-in at the hotel upon arrival. In the evening, witness the Ganga Aarti and darshan at Har-Ki-Pauri Ghat. Night stay in Haridwar (D).

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot(200 km, 8 to 9 hours)
Departure from Haridwar to Sayanachatti in the morning. Arrival in Sayanachatti and check-in at the hotel. Night stay in Sayanachatti (B+L+D).

Day 3: Barkot to Janaki Chatti(30 km, approximately 2 hour)
Early morning departure from Sayanachatti to Janaki Chatti by bus and then by doli (on own). Arrival in Yamunotri (approximately 6 km) and darshan of Yamuna. Return to Sayanachatti in the evening. Night stay in Sayanachatti (B+L+D).

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi(110 km, 5 to 6 hours)
Morning departure from Sayanachatti by bus to Uttarkashi. Arrival in Uttarkashi and check-in at the hotel. Visit kashi vishvanath mahadev. Night stay in Uttarkashi (B+L+D).

Day 5:Uttarkashi to Gangotri(100 km, 4 to 5 hours)
Early morning departure from Uttarkashi to Gangotri. Take a dip in the hot water tank on the way and arrive at Gangotri. Darshan of Ganga Ji and perform seva-puja. Return to Uttarkashi in the evening. Night stay in Uttarkashi (B+L+D).

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Phatta(224 km, 10 to 11 hours)
Early morning departure from Uttarkashi to Sitapur. Enroute, visit the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers at Rudraprayag. Arrival in Sitapur and check-in at the hotel. Optional leisure time in the evening. Night stay in Phatta (B+L+D).

Day 7:Phatta to Kedarnath(30 km)
Early morning departure from Patta to Gaurikund (7 km) and then by doli/helicopter (5 km one way) to Kedarnath. Arrival at Kedarnath, check-in at the hotel, and darshan of Lord Kedarnath. Night stay in Kedarnath (B+L+D). ( Kedarnath night stay in doornentry  6/8/10 bed Shering )

Day 8: Kedarnath to Phatta(23 km)
Early morning departure from Kedarnath to Patta. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Night stay in Phatta (B+L+D).

Day 9: Phatta to Badrinath(219 km, 10 to 11 hours)
Early morning departure from Sitapur to Badrinath. Arrival in Badrinath and check-in at the hotel. Optional leisure time in the evening. Night stay in Badrinath (B+L+D)

Day 10: Badrinath to Pipalkoti(75 km, 5 to 6 hours)
In the morning, take a bath in the hot water tank in Badrinath, have darshan of Lord Badrinath, and perform seva-puja. After that, proceed to Pipalkoti. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Night stay in Pipalkoti (B+D).

Day 11: Pipalkoti to Haridwar(245 km, 9 to 10 hours)
In the morning, depart from Pipalkoti to Haridwar. Enroute, visit the local attractions like Devprayag and Rishikesh. Arrival in Haridwar and check-in at the hotel. Optional leisure time in the evening. Night stay in Haridwar (B+L+D)

Day 12: Departure from Haridwar
In the morning, depart from Haridwar to Delhi for the return journey. Drop-off at Haridwar Railway Station or New Delhi Railway Station will be arranged by vinay tour and travels. The journey concludes (B)..

During the Char Dham Yatra, accommodation will be provided in standard non-star hotels. Departure from Delhi Cantt for Haridwar will be at 7:30 am.

Rooms without air conditioning will be allocated at all destinations, with room sharing between two or three persons. Night travel will not be scheduled during the tour.

Over Cook Staff will manage arrangements for morning tea, coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each passenger will receive two one-liter bottles of mineral water daily.

Transportation in non-air-conditioned vehicles will be provided based on the group size. Pickup will be arranged from Delhi Cantt Railway Station, with drop-off at New Delhi Railway Station.

The tour spans 11 nights and 12 days, with room arrangements following hotel check-in and check-out times.

Passengers are responsible for booking helicopter tickets online for Kedarnath. Various organizations such as Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, and GMVN Ltd offer helicopter services.

Passengers with helicopter bookings must carry a doctor's fitness certificate.

The visit to Kedarnath is scheduled for the seventh day, with helicopter tickets required for the morning and afternoon. Passengers with helicopter tickets must cover expenses for travel between the helipad and the hotel.

Helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions, with timings subject to frequent changes. Refreshment facilities are not available at the helipad.

In the event of changes or cancellations in helicopter flights, passengers must arrange alternative transportation to Kedarnath. Those who do not return on time will be responsible for reaching the next tour destination at their own expense.

Horses are recommended for the journey from Gaurikund to Kedarnath, taking approximately seven hours.

Payment Policy and Cancellation:

1. Advance Tour Cost: 15% of Tour Package Cost Additional costs for Rail and Air Tickets are to be paid separately.
2. The remaining balance amount is to be paid before 20 days of the tour departure.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
2. Cancellation charges per ticket:
3. If canceled on or before 60 days of tour departure: Rs. 5,000/- will be charged.
4. If canceled before 30 days of tour departure: Rs. 10,000/- will be charged.
5. If canceled before 20 days of tour departure: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
6. If canceled within 10 days of departure: No refund will be given under any circumstances.

Refund Process:

1. Refunds will be paid via Cheque / NEFT / RTGS only.

Tour Cancellation:

1. If the tour is canceled or cannot be operated due to circumstances such as Natural Calamity or Sudden Epidemic Breakout, the amount will not be refunded.
2. A Credit Note will be issued for the same amount with a validity of 1 year.
