Accommodation:

• Room size at all locations will be approximately 10’x11’ feet.
• Extra person accommodation on triple and quad sharing basis as per hotel policy (in Haridwar with mattress, and at other locations with bed).
• Hotel rooms will be allotted as per the standard check-in and check-out times.
• Do not insist on getting all rooms on the same floor; rooms will be allotted as per hotel availability.

Transportation:

• Non-A/C railway tickets from Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad are included in the package.
• Transportation will be arranged with Non-A/C vehicles according to the number of passengers.
• Seat rotation system will apply during the tour.
• Travelers are requested to cooperate considering traffic conditions.
• Entry tickets, boating, or any other local fees during the journey will be at travelers’ own expense.
• No tea, coffee, snacks, or meals will be provided by the company during railway travel.
• The travel itinerary is subject to change.

Meal Arrangements:

• Meals will be provided as per your itinerary.
• Meal options include Gujarati, Punjabi, Kathiyawadi, Swaminarayan, and South Indian cuisines.
• During Vaishno Devi Darshan, only breakfast and dinner will be served.
• Meals will be prepared by the B2B Dev Hospitality kitchen.
• For groups of fewer than 25 people, breakfast and dinner will be served as per the hotel’s menu.

Payment Policy:

• Any modifications to the booking, including changes to the number of passengers or services, may result in a change in the final tour cost.
• An advance payment of ₹5000 per person is required at the time of booking.
• 30% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
• The remaining balance must be paid within 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• The advance amount is non-refundable.
• Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation between 30 to 15 days of departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
