Day 01 : Jammu / Katra Arrival

Day 02 : Jammu / Katra – Srinagar (Approx. 300 KM / 9 Hrs)

After breakfast, proceed from Jammu / Katra to Srinagar by AC vehicle. Enjoy the scenic drive to the capital of Jammu & Kashmir. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner | Stay: Srinagar

Day 03 : Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar (Approx. 100 KM / 3 Hrs)

After breakfast, full-day excursion to Sonmarg. Visit Zero Point and Thajiwas Glacier (Jeep / Horse ride at own cost). Return to Srinagar in the evening. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner | Stay: Srinagar

Day 04 : Srinagar Local Sightseeing

Day 09 : Katra – Vaishnodevi Darshan

Day 10 : Katra / Jammu Departure

દરેક જગ્યાએ રૂમની સાઈઝ 10’x11′ ફુટ હશે. શ્રીનગર હોટલ રહેઠાણની યોગ્યતા પહેલગામ/સોનમર્ગની સરખામણી કરવી નહીં. રૂમની અછત હોય તો અન્ય હોટલમાં રૂમ જારી થશે.

વાહન વ્યવસ્થા:

પ્રવાસી સંખ્યા મુજબ A.C. વાન ઉપલબ્ધ રહેશે, પરંતુ પર્વતીય વિસ્તારમાં A.C. બંધ રહેશે.

Room and Accommodation

Room size at every location will be approximately 10’x11′ feet.
Do not compare the hotel accommodation quality in Srinagar with that in Pahalgam/Sonmarg.
If there is a room issue in one hotel, rooms will be provided in another hotel. Meals may need to be taken at the first hotel within a short time.

Transportation

A.C. van will be provided as per the number of passengers; however, the A.C. will remain off while climbing hills.

Group Pickup and Travelers

Group pickup will be arranged at Srinagar Airport. Early arriving travelers must wait for others arriving later.
Guests are requested not to argue or engage in disputes.

Meal Arrangements

Srinagar and Pahalgam: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided from the B2B Dev Hospitality kitchen.
Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Katra, Jammu: Breakfast and dinner will be from the hotel; lunch will be arranged by the company as per feasibility.
For groups of less than 25 people: Breakfast and dinner will be as per the hotel’s menu.

Entry Fees and Special Activities

Entry fees to sightseeing places and expenses for optional activities (like horse riding, skiing, etc.) are to be borne by travelers.

Mobile Service

Prepaid SIM cards from other states will not work in Jammu & Kashmir; therefore, travelers must carry a postpaid SIM card.

Special Rules and Notes

Travelers canceling their trip will have to bear air/train ticket cancellation charges – the company will not be responsible.
The company will not be responsible for roadblocks caused by public holidays, traffic, landslides, or local administration issues.
Room sharing for four persons: 3 adults + 1 child up to 11 years old.

Tour plans in Jammu & Kashmir may change depending on local conditions.

Advance amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation between 30 to 15 days of departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
