Day 01 : Train Journey From Ahmedabad to Delhi

7:00 PM Train From Sabarmati Junctionâ¦ (Consider specifying the train name if known) Meals: Stay:

Day 02 : Delhi to Haridwar (220 km, 7-8 hours)

Departure from Delhi Cantonment Railway Station at 6:30 AM. Arrival in Haridwar by bus and check-in at the hotel. In the evening, witness the Ganga Aarti and darshan at Har-Ki-Pauri Ghat. Meals: Lunch, Dinner Stay: Haridwar

Day 03 : Haridwar to Barkot (240 km, 8-9 hours)

Morning departure from Haridwar to Barkot. Arrival in Barkot and check-in at the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Barkot

Day 04 : Barkot to Janaki Chatti (30 km, approximately 2 hours)

Early morning departure from Barkot to Janaki Chatti by bus, followed by a 6km trek to Yamunotri (doli on own expense). Darshan of Yamuna Ji. Return to Barkot in the evening. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Barkot

Day 05 : Barkot to Uttarkashi (110 km, 5-6 hours)

Morning departure to Uttarkashi. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Mahadev Temple. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Uttarkashi

Day 06 : Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 km, 4-5 hours)

Early morning departure to Gangotri. Take a dip in the hot water tank en route, arrive at Gangotri, and perform seva-puja. Return to Uttarkashi in the evening. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Uttarkashi

Day 07 : Uttarkashi to Phata (224 km, 10-11 hours)

Morning departure to Phata. En route, visit the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers at Rudraprayag. Arrival in Phata and check-in at the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Phata

Day 08 : Phata to Kedarnath (35 km)

Early morning departure from Phata to Gaurikund and then by doli/helicopter (own expense) to Kedarnath. Check-in at the hotel and darshan of Lord Kedarnath. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch (Parshal), Dinner Stay: Kedarnath

Day 09 : Kedarnath to Phata (35 km)

Early morning return from Kedarnath to Phata by doli/helicopter and bus. Check-in at the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner Stay: Phata

Day 10 : Phata to Badrinath (219 km, 10-11 hours)

Morning departure to Badrinath. On the way visit Dhari Devi, Joshi Math and Prayag. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Badrinath

Day 11 : Badrinath to Pipalkoti (75 km, 5-6 hours)

Take a bath in the hot water tank, have darshan of Lord Badrinath, and perform seva-puja. Proceed to Pipalkoti and check-in at the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner Stay: Pipalkoti

Day 12 : Pipalkoti to Haridwar (245 km, 9-10 hours)

Depart from Pipalkoti to Haridwar. En route, visit Devprayag and Rishikesh. Arrival in Haridwar and check-in at the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Haridwar

Day 13 : Departure from Haridwar (220 km, 7-8 hours)

Depart from Haridwar for the return journey. Drop-off at New Delhi Railway Station. Overnight Train Journey. Meals: Breakfast Stay:

Day 14 : Early morning arrival in Ahmedabad, filled with happy memories.

There will be a 13-night/14-day stay in hotels during the tour

Accommodation:

Rooms will be arranged according to hotel check-in and check-out times.
In Haridwar, accommodations will be exclusively in A/C deluxe rooms.
During the Char Dham Yatra, overnight stays will be in general category non-star Deluxe hotels.
Non-A/C rooms will be provided at all locations.
Room sharing options are available as twin, triple, or quad (with beds or mattresses), subject to availability and advance booking.

Transportation:

We will provide pickup from Delhi Cantt Railway Station and drop-off at New Delhi Railway Station.
The departure for Haridwar is scheduled for 6:30 AM from Delhi Cantt.
SIC (Seat-in-Coach) / Group transportation will be provided for all pickups and drop-offs. Night travel will not be included during the tour.
Non-A/C vehicles will be utilized throughout the hill regions, as per the tour itinerary.

Meal Plan2:

Cuisines include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi, prepared by the hotel staff.
Daily meal arrangements consist of morning tea and coffee followed by breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
On-site lunch provisions will be made according to the team's determined setup and the tour manager's directives.
Water: 500ml bottled water will be provided three times daily.

VIP darshan and entry fees (if applicable).

Payment Policy

Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
An advance payment of Rs. 5,000/- is required to reconfirm bookings.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
The remaining balance is due 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.

In the event of a tour cancellation by a participant during the tour, no refunds will be issued. Similarly, no refunds will be applicable in circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government/administrative restrictions.
