General Guidelines:

• All flights will operate strictly as per regulations set by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Air Traffic Control (ATC).
• The helicopter will only be used for legal travel purposes and must adhere to all government regulations.
• For safety reasons, the **pilot-in-command** and **Chief of Operations** will have the final authority on decisions regarding weather conditions, flight suitability, and helipad fitness.

Baggage Policy:

• Strict baggage limit: Only one piece of luggage (maximum 5 kg per passenger) is allowed.
• Suitcases and large bags are not permitted due to limited space.
• The company reserves the right to adjust passenger seating based on weight distribution for safety.

Weather & Operational Delays:

• Flight operations are subject to weather conditions, Air Traffic Clearances (ATC), government permissions, and unforeseen factors like VVIP movements, technical issues, or delays caused by passengers.
• In case of delays due to bad weather, the company will make every effort to complete the itinerary within the scheduled duration.
• If a particular Dham visit is missed due to weather conditions, a refund will be provided for the unutilized sector only.

Rescheduling & No-Show Policy:

• Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 15 days before departure.
• Rescheduling within less than 15 days will be treated as a cancellation with no refund. A new booking will be required with 100% advance payment.
• Passengers must adhere to the given flight schedule. Late arrivals will be considered a "No-Show" and no refunds will be given.

Accommodation & Travel Adjustments:

• Hotels may be changed without prior notice, subject to availability.
• If guests are unable to complete their journey due to bad weather, the following rules will apply
• If the first flight from Dehradun to Yamunotri is canceled for two consecutive days, the trip will be canceled, and refunds will be processed after deducting accommodation, meals, and a flight planning fee of INR 15,000 per person.
• If passengers get stuck at any Dham, the next day’s schedule will be adjusted to cover two Dhams in a single day (e.g., Kedarnath and Badrinath).
• Any extra stay due to weather delays must be borne by the passenger.

Additional Travel Information:

• The maximum seating capacity is 6 passengers + 1 crew per helicopter.
• It is recommended to keep one extra buffer day in Dehradun in case of delays.
• Passengers should carry warm woolen clothing, as temperatures can drop significantly at night.
• This is a fixed departure helicopter tour, meaning all flight times are pre-scheduled. Delays in reporting to the helipad will result in the passenger being marked as a No-Show with no refund.
