Day 01 : Bangalore

Arrive at Bangalore airport or railway station. Then proceed to the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for a half-day city tour covering Lal Bagh, ISKCON Temple, Vidhana Soudha, and finally Commercial Street for a bit of shopping. Meals: Stay: Bangalore

Day 02 : Bangalore – Mysore

After breakfast, proceed to Mysore. In the afternoon, visit Mysore Palace, Mysore Zoo, and in the evening, visit the world-famous Brindavan Gardens. The musical fountain and light show add to the garden's attraction. Meals: Stay: Mysore

Day 03 : Mysore – Ooty

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Ooty. You will be passing through Mudumalai Forest and Bandipur Forest. Check in to the hotel upon arrival in Ooty. The evening is free for shopping and other activities. Meals: Stay: Ooty

Day 04 : Ooty

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Ooty. Visit Doddabetta Peak, the highest peak of Ooty. In the afternoon, visit the famous Botanical Garden, built in 1847, and Ooty Lake, where boating facilities are available. Horseback riding around the lake is also available. Meals: Stay: Ooty

Day 05 : Ooty – Kodaikanal

After breakfast, proceed to Kodaikanal. Kodaikanal is a hill town in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It's set in an area of granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes, waterfalls, and grassy hills. Check in to the hotel upon arrival. Overnight stay at the hotel. Meals: Stay: Kodaikanal

Day 06 : Kodaikanal

After breakfast, proceed for a half-day local tour of Kodaikanal, covering Bryant Park, Coaker's Walk, Pillar Rock, and Suicide Point. In the evening, visit Kodaikanal Lake. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay. Meals: Stay: Kodaikanal

Day 07 : Kodaikanal – Madurai/ Coimbatore/ Bangalore

After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, proceed to Madurai, Coimbatore, or Bangalore airport/railway station for your onward journey. Meals: Stay:

Air-conditioned rooms with deluxe accommodations.
Check-in & Check-out as per hotel policies.
Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with beds or mattresses, subject to availability and advance booking).
In hill station locations, air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned rooms will be provided as per availability.

Transportation:

Group Transportation (SIC â Seat-In-Coach):
A Tempo Traveller or similar group vehicle will be used for pick-up and drop-off services.
No night travel will be conducted during the tour. The SIC/group vehicle will be based on the number of passengers.
During the tour: Non-air-conditioned vehicles will be used throughout the hill regions, as per the tour itinerary.
Private vehicles such as Swift Dzire, Ertiga, and Innova will be provided in both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned options, depending on the route and terrain.

Note:The journey will begin after all required approvals, including RTO clearance and any other relevant permits, have been secured.

Meals:

Cuisines: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner. All meals prepared by our chef / as per discussion.
If the group booking has fewer than 25 passengers, only breakfast and dinner will be provided at the hotel.
Water: A 500 ML water bottle will be provided with meals.
On-site lunch provisions will be made in accordance with the team’s determined setup and the directives of the tour manager.

Payment Policy

Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Advance Payment: 25% of the total tour cost is required for booking.
25% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

The minimum advance amount is non-refundable.
30-15 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
