Day 01 : Bangalore

In the afternoon, proceed for a half-day city tour covering Lal Bagh, ISKCON Temple, Vidhana Soudha, and finally Commercial Street for some shopping. Meals: Lunch, Dinner Stay: Bangalore

Day 02 : Bangalore – Mysore

In the afternoon, visit Mysore Palace, Mysore Zoo, and in the evening, visit the world-famous Brindavan Gardens. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Mysore

Day 03 : Mysore – Coorg

In the afternoon, visit Kushalnagar Golden Temple, the Tibetan colony, and Nisarga Dhama. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Coorg

Day 04 : Coorg

In the afternoon, visit Raja's Seat and Abbey Falls. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Coorg

Day 05 : Mysore – Ooty

Check out of the hotel and proceed to Ooty. You will be passing through Mudumalai Forest and Bandipur Forest. Check in at the hotel upon arrival in Ooty. The evening is free for shopping and other activities. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Ooty

Day 06 : Ooty

In the morning, visit Doddabetta Peak. In the afternoon, visit the famous Botanical Garden, built in 1847, and Ooty Lake, where boating facilities are available. Horseback riding around the lake is also available. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Ooty

Day 07 : Ooty – Bangalore/Coimbatore

In the morning, check out of the hotel and proceed to Bangalore or Coimbatore airport or railway station for your return journey. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Bangalore/Coimbatore

Accommodation:

Air-conditioned rooms with deluxe accommodations.
Check-in & Check-out as per hotel policies.
Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
In hill station locations, air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned rooms will be provided as per availability.

Transportation:

Group Transportation (SIC â Seat-In-Coach):
A Tempo Traveller or similar group vehicle will be used for pick-up and drop-off services.
No night travel will be conducted during the tour. The vehicle will be based on the number of passengers.
During the tour: Non-air-conditioned vehicles will be used throughout the hill regions as per the tour itinerary.
Private vehicles such as Swift Dzire, Ertiga, and Innova will be provided in both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned options, depending on the route and terrain.

Note:The journey will begin after all required approvals, including RTO clearance and any other relevant permits, have been secured.

Meals:

Cuisines: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. All prepared by our Chef / As Per Discussion.
If the group booking has fewer than 25 passengers, only breakfast and dinner will be provided at the hotel.
Water: A 500 ML water bottle will be provided with meals.
On-site lunch provisions will be made in accordance with the team's determined setup and the directives of the tour Manager.

Payment Policy

Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Advance Payment: 25% of the total tour cost is required for booking.
25% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

The minimum advance amount is non-refundable.
30-15 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
